Arckiva currently only ships to Europe.

Please note that delivery is not included in furniture purchases and delivery companies are not affiliated with Arckiva. When requesting a shipping quote, make sure to include your full shipping address as well as a phone number we can contact you with. Contact us using the contact form for a delivery quote and to arrange delivery. Shipping rates are calculated by shipping companies and we work our best to find you the most affordable and secure option. Not to worry, items will be insured with shipping companies to the full value of the piece. If any issues regarding delivery occur, such as a missing or damaged item, it is the buyer’s responsibility to file a claim with the delivery company directly.

 

Return Policy
 

You can file for a return of your item within 14 days of delivery. Item(s) must be returned in the same condition it was received, otherwise restoration costs will be billed up to the full value of the item. return shipment must be insured for full value. When returning an item, a restocking fee of 15% of the item price applies, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges and will not be reimbursed for the original shipping cost.
