Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately we currently only ship within Europe, but have plans to expand internationally in the future. Sign up to our email list to be the first to find out when we do! Can I negotiate for a better price?

For most of our items, the price is firm. However, contact us and let us know which item you’re interested in and what your best price is and we can see what we can do.

 

Can you take a deposit?

Arckiva does not take deposits. Items are sold once they are fully paid for.

 

The piece I wanted has sold! Can you restock it?

Most pieces are rare and extremely difficult to find again, while others have been manufactured for years and we are likely to come across another. If you are searching for a specific item that has sold, contact us and we can source another or something similar for you.
